    • How long does it take to process my order? Allow 1-2 weeks for processing and printing your design. This time frame will depend on the current amount of orders to process, the editing needed for your artworks, artwork approval timeline etc
    • ​How does the personalisation process work? The personalisation process is easy and user-friendly. Once you have placed your order you will receive an email with instructions of where to send your artwork. You can upload a photo or scan of your artwork and email it over and I'll take care of the rest. You'll have a chance to review and approve the design before it's printed.
    • ​Do I need to send a hard copy of my artwork? Nope, I just need a clear photo or scan, you can keep the actual artwork.
    • How can I review and approve my design before it's printed? I provide a proof mock up image via email where you can review your design before it goes to print. This ensures your item is exactly how you want it before production begins.
    • What types of artwork work best for printing? Artwork with a white background and images created with paint or felt-tip pens tend to produce the best results. These materials allow for vivid and clear prints on the products. Please do send your favourite artwork though and I will work with you to ensure you have the perfect product. I always send a mock up proof before your order is sent to print to ensure you are happy!

    • ​​How is my mug packaged? It is sent in a plain non branded cardboard box. I try to keep packaging as simple as possible to avoid unnecessary waste, extra costs and to enable you to recycle the box for future use. Why not let your child(ren) decorate the box if you are giving as a gift.
    • ​​​Do you offer gift wrapping or packaging options? Unfortunately I don't offer a gift wrapping service at this time. However I do send out your mug in a plain unbranded cardboard box which acts as a blank canvas for your child(ren) to decorate! Let's make it even more personal with a personalised gift box decorated by your little budding artists. Imagine how proud they will feel!
    • ​Can I order multiple mugs? Yes of course, create the perfect set or order more as gifts.
    • ​Can I order different colour combinations of mug styles? You sure can, select your options from the dropdown menu and add to your cart.​
    • ​Can I use multiple artworks on a single mug? Yes, you can use up to two different artworks on each mug. This is perfect for featuring the creativity of multiple children or showcasing different pieces of art. Need to fit more onto 1 mug? I'm happy to work with you to create a custom design to fit more artworks onto your mug.​
    • ​What are the mug size options available? I offer two mug options: a plain white ceramic mug and a white ceramic mug with a colored inside and handle, both are 11oz - see mug specifications for more detailed sizing.
    • ​Are the mugs safe for use in the dishwasher and microwave? Yes, both mug styles are dishwasher and microwave safe. You can enjoy your hot beverages with ease.
